Dreamscapes is a series of international art shows about modern and contemporary imaginary realism art. Starting May 22nd, a Dreamscapes Mixed-Up exhibition will be held for the third time at art space TETEM in Enschede, The Netherlands
In Dreamscapes: Mixed-Up, the art from masters and emerging artists in imaginary realism is juxtaposed with the work of a generation of artists and designers that has been formed by the digital culture of games, video and the internet. The Dreamscapes Mixed-Up exhibition showcases how the techniques, the wondrous worlds and narrative art of the fantastic realism movement are finding a surprising new form in the digital world.
Dreamscapes: Mixed-Up features among many others the art of Xie Aige,
Gerd Bannuscher, Terri Duan, Menunana, Roman van der Haven, Emmanuel Malin en Julien Renoult and Kilian Eng.
Dreamscape Mixed-Up is a collaboration of Marcel Salome and Cook & Becker. Mixed-Up functions as a teaser for a larger international Dreamscape exhibition in the fall of 2014. This show will be a continuation of the successful, new Dreamscapes V exhibition in Viechtach, Germany.
